1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rocknell ("the Service"), operated by Startup Europe India Network Limited ("SEIN", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rocknell is an inbox-to-pipeline platform that connects to your email and turns conversations into a relationship and opportunity pipeline. Features include Smart Queue, email classification, contact and company management, contract tracking, outreach tools, and integrations with third-party services. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
3. Accounts & Workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each workspace is an isolated environment - data is not shared between workspaces. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including sending unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by SEIN. You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Plans, Billing & Subscriptions
The Service is available in multiple tiers: Free, Solo, Teams, and Enterprise. Each tier has specific limits on email accounts, workspaces, and team members. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal - access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
7. Third-Party API Keys (BYOK)
Certain features (such as AI email classification and contact enrichment) allow you to connect your own API keys from third-party providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, RocketReach, and Apollo.io. These services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your third-party accounts. SEIN does not store or have access to your API usage on those platforms beyond what is necessary to provide the feature within Rocknell.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including when processing personal data of your contacts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
